Both spacious bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds. The third bedroom features a very comfortable sofa bed as well as a work desk for those who wish to work from home. All bedrooms are fitted with room darkening blinds.
The ensuite features a complete 4-piece bathroom, while the main bath offers a shower/tub combination. Additionally, the unit includes the convenience of a third half-bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a luxurious primary residence and is not part of the Victoria Regent Hotel.
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. You will be personally checked in by your host. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two access cards for access to the parking garage and suite.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6' (1.80m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Please note that this accommodation does not provide bicycle storage for guests bringing their own bicycles. Alternatively, guests can consider renting bicycles during their stay in Victoria.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
