Belleview Studio is a romantic little stay in one of Launceston's most sort after suburbs. This little belle enjoys stunning views of kanamaluka/Tamar River and the eclectic architectural mix of the City of Launceston - the third oldest city in Australia. It's nestled under the main house but you will have total privacy. Belleview Studio is fully renovated and exudes a stylishly minimalist aesthetic with subtle details that make this spacious and cosy escape on your own or with a partner. Arriving at the property you will have see two carparks at street level. One is allocated for Studio guests. Once you have parked you will need to walk down the driveway path and down into the backyard past the house to the studio sliding doors. As with all Launceston properties that enjoy an elevated position, those with mobility issues may want to consider this when booking. Once you enter the studio sliding door you will find the incredible studio space. The studio includes a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities, fridge and microwave. Behind what looks like the pantry cupboard you will find the bathroom which is finished to the high standard of the entire studio. The bathroom is also complete with shower, vanity and WC. The studio has seperate bedroom with queen-size bed and a living area where you can either sit and relax in front of the second TV or play one of the many games provided. The studio also enjoys access to a patio where you can enjoy some quiet time sitting and taking in the garden. We promise you Belleview Studio will not disappoint. We will provide you full access details for your stay 3 days before your check-in date. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Please note there are stairs to gain access to the home from the road. There is a driveway you can wheel heavy bags down, but please be aware it is a steep entrance. We are available by phone from 8am to 8pm if you have any questions during your stay. We would love if you could message us when you have arrived safely and also a message on leaving is appreciated so we can clean as early as possible for our next guests. Please please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues at all so we have a chance to take the appropriate action to ensure your stay is it should be - totally stress free and relaxing!! We are not always able to personally check the house before your arrival after our housekeepers have been. We are heavily reliant on them and we need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore we have been let down in any way by the presentation, maintenance or cleanliness of Belleview Studio. All the attractions of Launceston are within easy reach, including Cataract Gorge, The Queen Victoria Museum and Gallery, and the vibrant Harvest Community Farmers' Market, held on Saturdays. Launceston is the gateway to the stunning wine trails of the Tamar Valley, and around two hours' drive from Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park – home to the world-famous Overland Track. We highly recommend you have a hire care or alternatively use Uber or taxi services. Public transport is not frequent in the area. Airport: Approximately 13 minutes drive to the airport. Public Transport: A short 10 metres walk to the nearest bus stop. Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you!
