- Comfortable 2 queens and 2 single beds, all with professionally cleaned and pressed linen.
- We provide bath towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
- Modern kitchen includes fridge & freezer, ceramic stovetop, oven, large microwave, dishwasher, Nutribullet, toaster, kettle, and plenty of crockery, cutlery & glassware.
- We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests may need to purchase food items for longer stays.
- 58" TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account, and a few board games to keep your family entertained!
- A washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
- Pool, spa, sauna, gym, rooftop gardens with bbq, library and conference room. The finest amenities are on offer in Canberra. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice. We will keep you as up-to-date as we can.
- Plenty of shops downstairs including Woolworths, BWS, bubble tea, quality cafes and takeaway options. Variety of restaurants a short walk away.
Plenty of options for parking nearby. Bus interchange on your doorstep.
There is a key safe for self-check-in. 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

You can walk to public basketball courts, a public skating park, bowling, Westfield Belconnen or go for a jog around the lake. The best cafe in the area is chatterbox which is just a three-minute walk down the road.
Ideally, you would drive. There is unlimited parking beside Mcdonald's if you have multiple cars.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard check-in/out times. We'd need to collect $20 for the first 30 minutes and an additional $40 for the next 30-minute increments when there is a breach in the observance of standard check-in and out times.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the regular cleaning and linens in the property. As this is not a hotel, please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be requested (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy on our Airbnb listing.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of people that can book the property. Any non-guests must leave by 10:00 pm. And there should strictly be no loud noise after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty if this house rule is breached.
7. There are some items in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk) that you are welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics (i.e. muesli). We don't stock in the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. I list my property as not suitable for kids or infants as it is not child-proofed and we don't have baby amenities (i.e. high chair, cot). However, if the kids will be under adult supervision at all times, booking with children is no problem.
9. The property will be holding a security deposit for all stays. If no damages are identified, the full amount will be released within 3 days of check-out. In case of damages, necessary fees will be deducted, and affected parties will be promptly notified. This applies to bookings on Booking.com, VRBO, and Canbnb websites.
