--A second interior space of 180m2, communicating with the previous part of the house:
First floor:
- a mezzanine (games area, lounge, television)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm)
- 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (including a bunk bed for children only).
Each bedroom has large wardrobes and a small table that can be used as a desk if you work from home.
- A bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

The private outdoor area, garden and swimming pool (10m x 5m), are regularly maintained by a gardener and pool attendant.
The pool is not heated.

Linen is provided for stays of more than 6 nights.
Beds will be made up and bathroom and kitchen linen will be available on site.
Beach and/or pool towels available for hire (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
For longer stays, you will have the option of having your linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) changed.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
For stays of less than 5 nights, the linen package is payable on site and will be € 20 / person (beds will be made).
Any change of linen during your stay will be at your expense.
