This well-appointed waterfront cottage overlooks tranquil East Lake. In addition to two bedrooms and a bright and open living, dining & kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling this contemporary cottage also features a sunroom, screened porch and deck.
The living and dining areas each comfortably seat 6 people with room to spare.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and 3 piece ensuite, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. The sunroom, features large windows on all sides and provides a stunning panoramic vista of the lake. Equipped with a queen size hide-away sofa bed, it serves double duty as a bonus room or guest bedroom.
Enjoy your morning coffee or a night cap from the comfort of the screened porch or the deck, while you take in the view of the lake. In the evening, both locations offer a spectacular view of the sunset shimmering off the lake.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities of home, including 4 stainless steel appliances. A washer and dryer are tucked away in the main bathroom. The living room and two bedrooms each have a 40” flat screen TV with a digital cable box and Roku Streaming TV with free access to Netflix, Crave, Disney and Paramount Plus.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a 4 burner BBQ. On Point: 42 SVL also provide two (2) private parking spaces.
On Point: 42 SVL is located less that 5 km from Sandbanks Provincial Park, in a gated condominium community known as East Lake Shores (formerly Sandbanks Summer Village) in Prince Edward County (PEC). From this prime waterfront location, at 42 SVL, you are steps from the fitness centre, adult pool and hot-tub as well as a short walk from the private beach and beach house where you have access to canoes and kayaks. A walk through the nature trail opens out into the other benefits of this vacation community where the sports courts, putting green, playground and family pool are situated.
Prince Edward County, known to most as “The County”, offers many attractions and has something for everyone. PEC has become renowned for wineries, micro breweries and as a new food mecca.
On summer days, you can find farmers’ markets with local goodies, antique shops, boutique stores, historical sites and more. The jewel of The County (and what it’s most famous for) is Sandbanks Provincial Park. With its sandy beaches, shallow waters and sand dunes, this spectacular park is a short drive or bike ride from East Lake Shores™. A complimentary pass to the Park is provided during your stay at 42 SVL. A Daily Vehicle Pass with your license plate number will be emailed to you. Further details will be provided two weeks before your scheduled arrival.
Or visit the Lake on the Mountain. There are many off-season activities for you to enjoy as well, including festivals and fairs, wine tasting excursions, culinary, art and history. These activities are perfect to delight in during the off season.
For more active types, try golf, mini-golf, horseback riding, boating and water sports, and the ever-popular bike rentals. If you have your own bike, explore the Millennium Trail, a decommissioned railway reserved exclusively for pedestrians, cyclists and horses!
