3 Schlafzimmer Haus in Almadrava Beach, Els Poblets
This villa has been decorated with love and detail for over 40 years and no detail is missing. It is located in a very quiet area directly in front of the beach "Almadrava" and from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The outdoor area has several chill-out corners where you can relax, there is of course also a brick BBQ with which you can make nice barbecue evenings. The living room with fireplace and air conditioning (cold only) is very large and inviting. Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the second with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is another large room, with 2 French beds (approx. 1.30m wide) one in each corner of the room, in the middle there is an extra sofa and of course there is also an extra bathroom upstairs with a shower. The kitchen is modern and tastefully equipped with a dishwasher. The house has a total of 3 air conditioners (cold only), one in the living room, one in the downstairs bedroom and the third in the upstairs bedroom, the third downstairs bedroom has a fan. In winter you have gas central heating throughout the house + a wood fireplace in the living room. On very warm days you can even shower outside as there is an outside shower awaiting you with hot/cold water. There is a parking space for your car directly on the property.
To note!!!! All prices plus electricity according to consumption with 0,30 €/kilowatt hour.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same and the difference will be charged with 0,30 € / kW.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 15 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 5€ extra.
A stay with a dog is possible in this house, for an additional cleaning fee of 50 € / dog. On arrival a deposit of 200 € in cash is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in good condition.
