Come enjoy the warm weather in a cozy villa located in a top-rated resort community, Marina Bay. With over 1700 sq ft, you have plenty of room to entertain family and friends in style. Centrally located within 5 minutes of the airport and 15 minutes to the beach. The villa is fully furnished, will sleep a total of 5 people with a twin pull out in the living room. Great kitchen and the den provides extra space with a desk/chair, love seat and lounge chairs. Screen patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the season.
Marina Bay offers a fully-equipped fitness center, aerobics studio, indoor sports court, social hall, catering kitchen, game room, card room and outdoor amenities, a resort-style pool, lap pool, tennis, pickle-ball, and party pavilion. Close to the Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins spring training camps. Also close to great restaurants, shopping at Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets and Bell Tower.
Villa available for December, January and April through the remainder of the year.
Reservations Year Round, with a 29 day minimum stay required. Rates Vary depending on the time of year plus 5% tax. All tenants age 18+ will be required to complete & pay for the Online Application Process, a background check maybe required by the Marina Bay HOA. Fees are payable to Marina Bay HOA.
The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent.
3. Not refundable if you are within 15 days from arrival or if you signed the leased (whichever comes first).
