A Hidden gem in Tucson! The house is a classic adobe style 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Santa Fe Style Home with beautiful exposed wooden log ceilings in the living room and a master bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The interior has traditional saltillo tile floors, and a great flow for relaxing and entertaining with multiple seating areas to dine and relax. Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this 2,200 square foot house, relax and entertain in the beautiful, secluded, fully fenced private back yard. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, is close to restaurants, shops and Golf, and all the outdoor adventure you can imagine! Less than 5 minutes from the Omni Golf Course.
CLEANING - - We have a completely No-contact check in and check out system. This property is being cleaned as per the CDC guidelines for Covid 19, and cleaning products are available for you to use during your stay.
INDOOR LIVING - - There is a large dining table in the kitchen which can seat up to 6 comfortably, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, plus a high top table that seats 4 with views over the backyard. There is a large, comfortable sectional in the main seating area and large flat screen smart TV, a good wifi connection is available so you can stream your favorite games and TV shows, or get some work done. There is a bonus family area with a table and chairs and a traditional beehive place. There is a half bathroom downstairs by the laundry room. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials including drip coffee machine, french press, hot water kettle, Ninja blender, toaster, large fridge freezer, microwave and stove. Essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, some herbs and spices and coffee, trash bags and zip lock bags are available for your use. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, cups and flatware, and some plastic dining ware for children. There is a dishwasher and dishwasher soap available. There is a printer and paper, and a well stocked laundry room, with washer, dryer, detergent and dryer sheets.
OUTDOOR LIVING - - This is the place to be! The space at the back of the property is large and beautifully landscaped, with mature plants, artificial grass and a lovely built-in outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, fireplace and firepit, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy some relaxation time. The pool is inviting and surrounded by palm trees. The whole yard is fully fenced in and there are multiple outside seating areas and two sun loungers overlooking the private pool, and a hammock chair under the fruit trees. The pool and spa have a gas heater which is available for use on request. You can relax in the outdoor covered dining area overlooking the pool with comfortable seating, an outdoor light and two pull down sun shades. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and serviced weekly - the pool guy visits at around noon on Wednesdays and will not disturb you. There is a pool heater available upon request with an additional fee of $50 per day, please let us know ahead of time if you would like to use these. There are 20 year old citrus trees that produces a huge amount of fruit! The walled in front yard has large palm trees, flowers and a beautiful yukka plant that is over 22 years old.
THE YARD - - The yard is really well stocked with mature plants, and has large areas of artificial grass which makes it feel very green, serene and secluded. The yard backs up to a wash where you'll see lots of wildlife, including quail, rabbits, squirrels, Javelinas, Coyotes, Bob Cats, Harris and Coopers Hawks, and occasionally a giant owl!
WORK SPACE - - there is a printer with paper, and plenty of pens and pencils. The wifi is fast enough to make working from your vacation home easy (1,200 mbps).
BEDROOMS - - There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with comfortable rustic southwestern style decor. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for the warm nights and an extra blanket for the cooler nights. The Master ensuite bedroom and bathroom is on the ground floor, with two large walk in closets and a secluded patio with seating for time spent relaxing and watching the birds in the yard. The ensuite bathroom has twin sinks, a shower and a luxurious clawfoot tub. One King bed and three queen size beds comfortably sleep 8 people, and there are also additional sleeping arrangements as described below.
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING - - There is a fold away twin size bed, with a thick and comfortable memory foam Lucid mattress measuring 73 x 36 inches with a weight rating of up to 350 lbs and also a lightweight, easy to carry single folding mattress, measuring 75 x 31 inches, each can accommodate one extra guest.
THE NEIGHBORS AND PARKING - - The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the neighbors are friendly. There is offstreet parking on the driveway for two to three vehicles. No parking on the street please - the additional parking is on the road opposite the church. There is no use of the garage accept as an emergency exit. No parties and no loud noise after 9pm please.
ADVENTURE - - Hiking, mountain biking, cycle path riding, horse riding, climbing, Golf and more. The Omni Golf club is only about half a mile away.
