This beautiful & roomy home with a private pool for the entire family or ball team! Sleeps up to 22! Family Daze is nestled near Bon Secour River in a small community, away from the heavy hustle and bustle of the beach, but only 7.5 miles to the nearest Beach Access Point. Head outside to the vast backyard for grilling and eating outside on the picnic tables. Take a dip in the screen covered, sparkling, saltwater pool, play in the sand, and have an exciting family game of Beach Volleyball in the sanded court! The pool can be *heated in the cooler months (recommended October 1st through May 1st) upon request with an added fee of $50 per night. If you can tear the family away from the fun in the home, there are many things to do nearby such as the awesome OWA Theme Park with a brand new Indoor water park, great Sports complex, a Live Theater, a huge Shopping District, plus many miniature golf facilities, Glen Lakes Golf Course, The Gulf Bowl Bowling Alley, Tanger Outlet Mall, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, and Gulf Shores Place Beach is only 10 minutes away!
This home is ready to accommodate your large family or ball team with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The Primary Suite yields a lush King size bed with an attached Bath including a garden tub and separate shower! The Secondary Suite Bed presents another King size bed with a private full bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms on the main floor, both containing a Queen size bed and a shared full bathroom nearby. Upstairs is yet another bedroom with two full over full bunk beds providing enough sleeping for all the kiddos with a private, attached, full bathroom. Still need more beds? The roomy Living Area and Sunroom contain 3 sleeper sofas! The large, fully stocked kitchen has all updated, stainless-steel appliances. There is even an extra refrigerator in the garage for more cold storage.
If you still need more rooms and beds, rent the house next door as well, "Fun Daze" (formerly known as Sands of Time), which is almost an exact copy of this home.
* Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.
* All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
* Please note the jets on the Garden Tub do not work. Without an invasive remodel of the bathroom, this amenity is not provided at this time.
*Garage not available for guest use.
