Enjoy access to two seasonal pools, tennis courts, a golf driving range, basketball courts, a large beach and picnic area, and the beautiful waters of Sleepy Hollow Lake. Or launch kayaks right from your own private dock. Entertain in the large gourmet style kitchen, grill on the deck, or head into town for dinner at one of the popular local spots. Just 2.5 hours from New York City or Boston, spend time exploring the Hudson Valley and enjoy the amenities and convenience of Sleepy Hollow Lake.
You'll feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. The open-plan living space provides plenty of room to spread out and take in the peaceful surroundings. Enjoy breakfast in the large dining area, out on the deck, or down by the dock watching the fish jump.
Four spacious bedrooms with queen and king size beds will have you refreshed for a new day of adventure, or just relaxing on the beach. This three level home features a beautiful master suite on the top floor with a king size bed, walk in closets, and master bathroom with large soaking tub and shower. The main floor has two large bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. The lower floor has a 4th bedroom with queen size bed and another full bathroom. Every bedroom has a ROKU TV. The lower level also has a large living area with a 55" flat screen ROKU television, a bar with mini-fridge, and a ping pong table. Sliding glass doors lead out to a lower deck with Adirondack chairs and a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of room for 1-2 additional guests on the lower level couches and/or aerobed.
Looking to getaway but still stay connected? There is the perfect office set up in the top floor loft area. Desk, high speed internet with Wi-Fi and a printer. There is a second desk in one of the main floor bedrooms as well.
The kitchen features modern stone counters, European wood cabinetry, professional series kitchen appliances. Includes dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, a French press, an espresso machine, toaster oven, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.
Sink into cozy couches in the living room, log in to your favorite streaming account and spend the day relaxing with a view of the lake or head out and wander through the nearby farmers’ market and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. *Please note, indoor fireplaces are non-functioning.
