Large combined kitchen and dining room with a table for 10, american fridge freezer, washing machine,dish washer, microwave, toaster and Senseo coffee machine.There is also a large 5 ring cooker and two ovens.
Living rooms
Lovely big living room with original 17th century floor, large log burner and spiral staircase to upper floor. There is also access to the downstairs bedrooms/bathroom from here.
Bedrooms
One large bedroom with en suite bathroom on ground floor with adjoining smaller double which has French doors to the garden.
Two twin rooms upstairs and a large double master suit with views across the back paddock.
Note: Both the larger double rooms have plenty of space for one or more travel cots. ( We can supply one free of charge ) All bedrooms have wardrobe and or draw storage , bed linen and indoor towels are provided.
Bathrooms
One large wet room with twin sinks ,walk in wet area with rain head shower and en suite bathroom with corner bath built for two and shower tap .

Oil fired central heating and log burning stove
Entertainment
Plenty of games , jigsaw puzzles and books for your pleasure. There is also a DVD player and a selection of English and French films ( you maybe able to get subtitles)
Garden and outside
9 acres of garden to roam in which surround the properties and provide amazing vistas. Central area between the properties to enjoy dining and bbq-ing (gas) and above ground pool to enjoy during the summer months. There is also badminton and swing ball to keep you entertained.
If you are looking for something more active there is easy access to forest walks from here, mountain bike trails ,cycle and running routes.
Note: If you want to enjoy the night sky we have no objections to you pitching a small tent and have a couple of two man tents on site .

Visitor suitability
Access to the house is via two steps but the downstairs suite can be accessed via double doors with threshold. Those dependent on a wheelchair may find it more difficult due to the width of the connecting doors but with limited movement should be fine.

There is a gas BBQ provided , a badminton net , swing ball and above ground pool to enjoy during the summer months. We also offer on site sports massage and remedial therapies and can cater for breakfast at 9 euros per person and BBQ’s at 20 euros per person payable direct to us.
