Villa Koritsia, with its recently refurbished private pool, sits on a hillside in a small development of just 8 detached villas and is a five minute walk from the lovely Tala village square. Set in mature, beautifully landscaped gardens the villa enjoys sea views from every room. Furnished to a high standard there is everything you need for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday. The villa has air conditioning, gas central heating and a security system.
There are three bedrooms and three recently renovated, luxuriously appointed bathrooms two of which feature rain head showers.
The open plan living area has:
comfy leather sofas, lamp tables and coffee table; large patio doors lead out to the pool and front terraces;
Dining table to seat 6 but can be extended to seat more
Flat screen TV with Free wi-fi and satellite TV
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere, saucepans and frying pans, tableware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, drinking glasses including non-breakables for use by the pool.
There are three double bedrooms all with ample wardrobe space sleeping 6 people but there is also a fold up bed that can be used in any of the bedrooms suitable for a child making the villa able to accommodate up to 7 people in total.
The downstairs double bedroom which has sea views has a king sized bed opens out to the swimming pool terrace through patio doors.
There is an adjoining shower room featuring a rain head shower.
A wide white marble staircase leads to the large first floor landing where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea - from here you can access a spacious furnished balcony perfect for morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks whilst enjoying wonderful sea views and spectacular sunsets.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, lots of wardrobe space; the en-suite shower room features a rain head shower.
This bedroom has wonderful sea views and opens out onto to the balcony through patio doors.
Also upstairs is a twin room with two single beds, plenty of wardrobe space, its own small balcony and lovely sea views. Adjoining the twin room is a family bathroom with a bath (ideal if you have babies or young children) and an over the bath shower.

The 8 x 4 metre recently refurbished private pool which is lit at night is bordered by south facing sun terraces, flowers, pots and shrubs
There are six sunbeds with mattresses, side tables and parasols;
To the side of the villa overlooking the pool there is a secluded dining terrace with dining table and chairs. It has lovely pool and sea views, is covered with a pergola and bordered by Mediterranean plants and pots.
To the rear and side of the property the beautifully maintained gardens contains palm and fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and pots. There is a further dining terrace furnished with table and chairs, shaded by a large parasol and bordered by an olive tree and hisbiscus plants;
There are many lights in the garden enabling you sit out at your leisure to enjoy the relaxing surroundings;
The gardens benefit from a fully automated irrigation system so your job is to simply sit back and enjoy them;
Our villa is managed for us by a local firm who are happy to answer any questions you might have. They visit twice a week to clean the pool.
The villa is only twenty five minutes from Paphos airport and ninety minutes from Larnaca airport. It is fifteen minutes from the lively town of Paphos which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and amenities to suit every taste.
Tala is a charming village with a number of small shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and traditional Cypriot tavernas where a warm welcome awaits you. The village square has recently been updated and pedestrianised.
Tala amphitheatre, a short drive from the villa hosts regular concerts and performances throughout long summer season.
A short drive from the village is the monastery of St Neophytos where you can see the caves where the saint himself once lived. There is a coffee shop within the peaceful grounds.
For beach lovers the nearest beach is a ten minute drive and many more in the area including Coral Bay and Corallia beaches.
For golfers there are four golf courses all within a twenty five minute drive. All have excellent facilities.
Other attractions in the Paphos aread include water parks, diving centres, Paphos Zoo, horse riding, cycling, off roading in the Akamas and Troodos, go-karting and many others.
Paphos is a world heritage site and is full of archeological sites including world famous Mosaics.
No visit to the area would be complete without a trip to Paphos Old Town which has been carefully restored and has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.
The area is dotted with small villages where time seems to stand still and there are a number of wineries where you can sample locally produced wine.
The whole area is simply stunning!
