This stunning, immaculate, contemporary home is set on a rise looking out across the bay, with incredible sweeping views in a 180 degree arc from Mt Wellington across to Fluted Cape. Private and modern, this home has a fabulous kitchen, comfortable beds, an indoor fireplace, heaps of space, BBQ, and coffee! A walk on Adventure Bay beach is only minutes away and if you're looking to do the Pennicott's cruise, the jetty is 15 minutes walk away. Enjoy your Bruny produce on the huge deck!
Looking for a luxurious stay for the whole family? This home is light-filled due to the north-easterly aspect flooding the long frontage of the house with sunshine. A full-length covered veranda and deck creates a huge area for outdoor entertaining, with plenty of seating and even an outdoor kitchen, with space for a gas BBQ and pizza oven.
Inside are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with large ensuite, open robes and access through glass sliders to the deck. In this part of the house there is the main bathroom and separate toilet. (All the home's bathrooms have their own gas hot water systems so there's always a fast and hot supply.)
Inside and out, this home is designed for entertaining - the modern kitchen features a professional-standard cooker with gas hob and double oven, as well as a large pantry and an island bench with storage and sink. The adjacent lounge/dining area enjoys the same magnificent views as the rest of the home. Then it's a couple of steps down into another expansive lounge space with wood heater. This area also has a third bathroom/toilet. Large glass sliding doors open onto the covered deck, where you can step into the view.
There is abundant rainwater storage with a pressure pump and a gas hot water system. Heating/cooling is by heat pumps and the lounge room wood heater.
Accessed by a private driveway from Seaview Road, the home sits on an acre of land, with tidy lawns, attractive plantings and two protected garden beds for fruit trees and vegetables. The location is quiet and private but is still handy to Adventure Bay's general store, cafe, bowls club and community centre.
