Our 40 ft pool/spa with 5 water features, sundeck, our fully equipped private gym all with beautiful lake views, and our very comfortable outdoor space, which includes a pool table, our home has everything you need for the perfect vacation spot. We strive to provide you with an unforgettable experience, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
Inside, you will find a beautifully appointed space designed to provide you with comfort and style. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered and all the necessary provisions/equipment are supplied for your every need. We are avid travelers and have equipped our home with all the things we look for when we travel.
The Home- Sleeps 4: 2 Bedrooms, 2 beds (1) King and (1) Queen, both sleep 2 people. The third bedroom has been converted into a dedicated workable office space, The Master bedroom has an en suite with bathtub/spa and separate shower. Second bathroom with shower/tub is near the second bedroom, office and gym. The home is open concept with just the right amount separation for harmonious living. The bedrooms flank the main living spaces, providing the perfect amount of privacy.
Visiting the Riverview/Tampa area will make you want to move here. With its year-round sunshine and warm tropical climate, Tampa Bay boasts pristine sandy beaches, beautiful waterways and endless attractions/events to satisfy any interests/hobbies.
We also own a 2021 23ft center console Aquasport boat with 300 horse outboard motor that is available to rent. Whether you prefer a pleasure boating day which could include a boat ride to infamous Beer Can Island, the newly built beautiful St. Pete Pier or Downtown Tampa with many waterfront dining options, a day of fishing or our legendary sunset cruises out to the iconic Sky Way Bridge, this is the boat for you. It is stored 5 miles away on the beautiful Alafia River with Tampa Bay and Gulf access. This can either be rented bareboat for the experienced boater or with a hired captain.
