This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom spacious home that is small dog friendly also is located in one of the original neighborhoods overlooking the Orange Blossom Championship Golf Course. Country Club Hills is conveniently located near Spanish Springs Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day in the sun or fun the Silver Lake Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.
You'll feel welcomed and at home from the moment drive up to this beautiful home. As you open the front door to this spacious and beautifully decorated home with an open floor plan, you will be greeted by the spectacular golf course view and your private pool. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals (If you choose not to cook, there are so many great restaurants to try) and the dining area seats 6 comfortably. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, perfect if you're entertaining or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The front guest room offers a comfortable queen size bed and TV for your guests to enjoy. The 2nd guest room offers 2 twin beds. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Need some private time??? This home offers a wonderful oversized lanai where you will find your private pool with plenty of places to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The lanai also offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice along with a summer kitchen set up. The back is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold beverage before heading out to the town square to dance the night away or while enjoying time with your new friends.
This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
