Our 2 bedroom/2 bath with A.C in the bedrooms is so cozy with a super large teak terrace to enjoy the wildlife and views, we are near Supermarket La Iguana Verde. The house has an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining room and living room with smart TV that opens up to a large outside teak terrace with great views.
Looking to stay in Samara but not in noisy downtown? Our property offers proximity to the beach, lush vegetation, amazing flora and fauna, peaceful and quiet with a great location. Just 200 yards from the main road, 5 minute drive to Samara or a 20 minute walk in hot weather.

For stays longer than 7 nights we offer cleaning once per week.
If you want to make your own meals, the kitchen is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Spices for cooking and coffee. Potable water so you don't have to buy bottled water.
Additionally we have a washing machine (simple Costa Rican style but works well) to keep your favorite clothes clean, allowing you to travel light. We also offer detergent and hangers.
The house has screened windows and fans in the common areas allowing the breeze to flow freely inside. It is situated in a residential property with a view, where you will experience first hand the vibrant greens and sounds a lush tropical paradise has to offer but still near the beach and the town.
We are in a small hill away from the main road, just 2 blocks from the main gate our driveway is private and you can access it with any type of vehicle during the whole year.
Looking for privacy and amazing sunsets, peace and relaxation and close to the beach, this is the place to relax.
Couples and families who have stayed with us love being so close to the town but away from all the noises of Samara downtown.
Since we are just a bit above sea level it also offers a nice breeze and the nature around the house makes it more confortable than the sea level heat.
If you are looking to be car-free and want to walk to town you are welcome to do so but having some sort of vehicle will make it more comfortable.
Taking a cooler to the beach with your favorite beverages, beach toys, towels and chairs will make it easier.
Samara beach offers a safe beach to swim at and lots of restaurants in front of the water.
There are a multitude of tours available in the area including fishing, dolphin and whale watching, snorkeling, horse back riding, four wheelers to go into the jungle to experience swimming in a waterfall, zip lining, ultralight flying and a bird sanctuary in Punta Islita for the rehab of the scarlet macaw and plenty of other activities.
Samara is a 5 minute drive from our property or a 20 minute walk to town.
