About this space
Located on the Norfolk / Suffolk border, our secluded barn is in a semi-rural location.
Full of charm, the Barn which sleeps 18, making it perfect for family holidays and gatherings, special occasions and celebrations, or for a much-needed getaway with friends.

The space
Ground floor.
• Kitchen
Fully equipment kitchen with a toaster, kettle and oven/hob. We cater for 20 people with crockery, cutlery, glasses and mugs.
There is a full-size Fridge/Freezer with ice tray which will be filled on arrival.
We provide enough coffee, tea and milk for your arrival
• Dining room
Large dinning table seating 20 people, can be one long table or two tables of 10 people
We can provide Highchairs for an extra cost
• 1x Lounge
• 1x Living room
There is ample, comfortable seating and a plentiful selection of board games, books and magazines.
In the main lounge there is a large flat screen tv for your enjoyment,

A few of the rooms are large enough to place a travel cot – which we can provide for a extra cost.

The grounds are secluded for your sole enjoyment and offer everything you could possibly wish for and more!
There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, space to relax, picnic, play games or just catch some rays! And if you fancy dining al fresco we have a beautiful dining table with chairs which seats 20
All Bedrooms are en suite with showers. All bedrooms have a desk, mirror, towels, toiletries and beds made on arrival.

There is a couple of outdoor cameras around the front of the property, placed primarily to prevent theft and vandalism of the property when empty. We do reserve the right to view the images if damage or abuse occurs whilst occupied by guests. There is no camera within the property.

All Saints resort is 1.9 miles from Hengrave hall, which an onsite gym and pool (over 16’s only), 18-hole golf course, Spa (over 16’s only), Lodge Café and restaurant & bar.

Guest Access
Although located on the same site as Hengrave Hall, there is a separate entrance from the main house, and there is no access to Hengrave hall or its grounds.
The group booking has sole use of the entire property.
The Barn does have a lot of green space around the Barn for children to play – this is not a secure area.
Other details to note.
1. We do not allow extra guests unless agreed prior to your stay.
2. Please arrive and leave as quietly as possible.
3. No dogs except for assistances dogs
4. The use of fireworks and night lanterns are strictly forbidden at the property
