The space:
**Kitchen**
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an electric oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It also offers a coffee machine and all of the cookware and tableware required to prepare a gourmet meal.
**Dining Area**
Located in the kitchen is a dining room table with 6 chairs. The table is adjacent to the window, where guests can enjoy observing nature while eating.
**Living Room**
Savor unwinding on the cozy couches as you watch your preferred series on the Roku smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services (Please note-access to these streaming services are not provided, you will have to log-in using your own account.). This is the ideal location for guests to sit back, relax, and spend time with friends and family.
**Bedrooms 1, 2, & 3**
Each of these three bedrooms features a deluxe queen-sized bed with custom-made comforters and drapes. Each of the rooms also has dressers and walk-in closets to store clothing.

These spacious fully equipped bathrooms have a shower/bathtub and one of the restrooms also has a double sink. Use the hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and premium towels that are provided.
**Laundry Room**

There is cozy seating on the lovely covered stone patio for visitors to unwind on. The deck, which has built-in benches for seating, is accessible from the patio. This is a great place to take in the beauty of the surrounding natural environment. You can also access the river from the back yard. Kids can play in the river and guests of all ages can cool off there, which makes it an ideal place to be. The large grassy yard of this home is the ideal setting for kids to run around and play. In order to enjoy peaceful evenings with family or friends, there is also an outdoor fire pit. Along with these features, the cottage includes an outdoor dining area equipped with a BBQ charcoal grill and picnic table.
