Welcome to our Beachside Haven! Just 1 minute away from the beach, enjoy the company of family and friends. You can relax in the private backyard, cook up delicious meals on the Weber grill, and dine al fresco with the outdoor dining set. Relish delicious food and drinks while basking in the calming sounds of the beach waves!

Inside the suite, you'll find three beautifully designed bedrooms, each featuring comfortable queen beds and ample closet space.

The living room and kitchen area offer great convenience with stylish sleeper sofas, a 55" HDTV, and a well-equipped beach kitchenette.
The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, double countertop burner, and a Keurig coffee maker. You'll also have all the essential kitchenware like plates, bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. For added convenience, there's a Samsung washer and dryer.

The three full bathrooms are equipped with shower/bathtub combinations and provided with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your convenience. To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

The highlight of this residential neighborhood is definitely the beach. Whether you want to catch a wave or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll, Croatan Beach certainly won't disappoint.

Due to very limited public parking, this beach is a lot less crowded than the touristy Resort Beach while offering you a great place to swim, surf, and work on your tan. Because of the property's great location, it only takes 1 min to get to the nearest beach access.

If you want to explore Virginia Beach's restaurant & bar scene or immerse yourself in the hustle & bustle, the Resort District is only a short 3 min drive away.

During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the entire suite. The place will be entirely yours, and no one else will be staying there during your stay. This means you'll have complete privacy and the freedom to make yourself at home.
The homeowners reside on the upper floor of the house. Don't worry, they won't have entry to the lower level while guests are staying and will instead use a separate entrance so you still have your own privacy.

We'd like to take a moment to share our house rules with you, which are designed to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay while also respecting our neighbors and taking care of our home. These are common practices that help us provide a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.

★ No shoes in the home. Please leave them on the shoe rack next to the door.
★ We kindly request that you help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests by avoiding excessive sand inside the house. As we are located near the beach, sand can easily find its way indoors, and while we understand it's unavoidable to some extent, we would greatly appreciate your cooperation in minimizing it as much as possible. While we hate to charge our guests, if our cleaning team charges us an additional fee due to excessive sand that requires extra time and effort to clean, we may need to pass on this cost to you. We recommend shaking off any excess sand before entering the premises and using the outdoor showers to rinse off before coming inside. We also leave brooms and dustpan which you can use. By doing so, you'll help us keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.
★ No Smoking. Guests can smoke outside, but we simply ask that you pick up the cigarette butts and don't let the smell whiff inside the house. Please be wary of No Smoking signs.
★ No parties and illegal substance.
★ No unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests will be charged $20 per guest.
★ Please observe quiet hours - 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
★ We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the unit and sanitize. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
★ Please check out by 11 AM. Late check out may result to $25 per hour to compensate our cleaners' time.
★ It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
★ Only one camera at the front door covers entryway. On and recording 24/7 during the reservation. No cameras inside the home. Camera is for safety of ourselves and our guests.
