THE SPACE:
Araluen Resort - Beachfront Paradise Close to Cairns is located on beach frontage at East Trinity, 45 minute drive from Cairns City and an hour and a bit from Tablelands, Yungaburra and Lake Tinaroo.
This listing includes the main house + granny flat set in the epic surrounding private beachfront gardens with a huge pool area, pool bar with a bathroom. Arrival by helicopter can be arranged with Nautilus.
All bedrooms as well as living areas are air-conditioned.
MAIN HOUSE:
The lounge area offers a lounge suite perfect complete with Foxtel, in addition to local channels. Gaming room includes gaming console, selection of board games, puzzles, and books. Also a pool table and table tennis for your entertainment during your stay.
Two bedrooms + loft, fit out with comfortable mattresses, AC, and ceiling fans.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed + large ensuite, and a door to the patio. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk, and a chair. The loft has a king-size bed and a single bed, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Extra two people can be accommodated on a comfortable double-size sofa bed in the living area.
The main house comes with three bathrooms including 1 bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
GRANNY FLAT:
Granny flat is located close to the driveway and offers two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. Both bedrooms have queen size quality mattresses, AC, and ceiling fans. The bedroom on the right also has a kitchenette equipped with a portable stove, microwave, minifridge, kettle, coffee machine, and basic kitchenware.
Granny flat is optional, discount provided if not used, contact us prior booking.
The property's fabulous private outdoor, tropical plants, seating area, undercover dining area and the private swimming pool is suitable for a small weddings, family gatherings, or other quiet events upon request. Up to two helicopters can land on the property.

PLEASE NOTE:
There is no fence between the beach and the house therefore it could be dangerous for small children unless supervised.
The garden and pool are maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
We would recommend to get your supplies before check-in as the closest Woolworths in Gordonvale is about 20 minute drive.
Custom made gift baskets can be prepared as a surprise on arrival.

Upon receiving a complaint about having an approved event, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
