Step inside and be transported with comfortable furniture and bright aqua walls. Large windows frame the Gulf scenery beautifully, and the dining table has a perfect view of the sunrise for your morning coffee break. Enjoy with your favorite meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax and catch up with friends and family while lounging on the living room couches.
Upstairs, the primary king bedroom features a private covered deck, Gulf views and an en suite full bathroom. Across the hall is the comfortable full bedroom. Back on the main level, you’ll find a queen bedroom and kid-friendly bunk room. A full bathroom is conveniently located between them, along with a full-size washer and dryer, so pack light!
When the beach calls, take a few steps over your private walkover to get your toes in the sand. Cleaning up is a breeze with the outdoor shower. While you’re on the ground level patio, cook up fresh seafood on the charcoal grill and serve on the picnic table. Watching the Galveston sunset is the best way to end the night!

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.
Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.
We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
