BDR 3 - Upper level: 1 full bed & 2 twin beds, closet, AC, bathroom shared with BDR 2.
BDR 4 - Lower level: 1 sofa-bed, full bathroom, ceiling fan. Washer is in this bedroom. No AC or closet in this bedroom.
All bedrooms in the upper level have AC and ceiling fan. No AC in the lower level bedroom.
11 people fit comfortably in the beds.

The house is located in Km 30 of San Bruno - Puerto Progreso.
It's a coastal strip of bechfront homes all within the coast of Yucatán.

The Caretaker lives onsite in her own home, she is available if any inconvenience may arise

- Nearest OXXO (convenience store) is 3 km from the house
- Restaurant Pizza Paradiso is onsite in the villa.
- Merida is about 50-min by car
- Merida's airport is about 1.15 hrs by car
Getting Around:
The best way to move around is by car. Please note that ride-hailing services (Uber, DiDi, etc) at Yucatan beaches are not available. They can take you up to the beach, but once there, you will not be able to get one.
Taxi services are available.

**RESERVATION INFO**
- Check in is after 3 pm and checkout is at 12 pm. Early check-in / late check-out is possible however it is subject to availability and incur additional cost.
- Additional guests than those approved in the initial reservation are not allowed. In case more people will be joining, this must be informed and approved in advance and may incur in additional cost depending on the amount of people.
- In case of bringing pets, this must be informed and approved in advance.
- Electricity: Guests will be granted 10 Kwatts of electricity consumption per day for their reservation (maximum of two weeks). GAS LP is included for up to 2 weeks.
**HOUSE RULES**
- Maximum of 11 at the property
- Parties and events and loud music are not allowed. Bonfires and fireworks are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE the house.
- At check-out, we expect to find the home ordered and tidy as it was upon your arrival - clean dishes, trash in it's place, etc. In case the house is left in an untidy condition or excessively dirty, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee depending on the severity.
- All house items are listed in an inventory, please do not take, break or misplace any item, furniture or decoration.
** THINGS TO NOTE**
- Washer is available for guests. No dryer at the property
- Pool is not heated
- Hot water is only for showers. Not the sinks
- Staff lives onsite
- Other pets may be onsite
- Social areas do not have AC. Only bedrooms have AC
- Daily cleaning is not included. This can be arranged as an additional service.
- Long stays are welcomed
STARTER KIT: Every booking will receive a complementary starter kit of consumables including a jug of water (20 lt/5 gallon), toilet paper, hand soap, napkins, trash bags, dishwashing soap, sponge . Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are not able to restock these.
