We have a fenced-in backyard big enough for a competitive game of cornhole or to let the kids run around. There's plenty of parking, a large front porch and attached garage. Patio furniture on the front porch.
The inside of the house is modern and cozy. Central A/C and heat are easily adjustable. There's 2 luggage racks in the master bedroom + a large closet to hang clothes and there are luggage racks in the other two rooms. There's a 55 inch TV mounted in the master bedroom with netflix provided. The kitchen is well equipped so you have the convenience and diversity with what you want to cook or bake.

*There is a large chest of toys, board games for kids and adults. Feel free to let the kids help themselves!
*Cornhole game in the garage.
*4 camping chairs in the garage.
*5 quart crockpot, hand mixer available, electric tea kettle, vegetable steamer and toaster oven.

About the Area:
Brookings-Harbor, OR is a frequently visited area located in the "banana belt" near the southern Oregon border, known for its warmer weather in comparison to other towns nearby, its spectacular views, and recreational activities. Just of few of the many places to visit are the Chetco River which is a great destination for kayaking, swimming and fishing (depending on time of year for species of fish such as salmon, steelhead, trout). Catch yourself some ling cod or rock fish on the ocean. Guides available for river and ocean fishing. There are many different trails overlooking the ocean along the coast - most within a 15 min drive. Some are for very experienced hikers and others good for a leisurely, sight seeing hike. Some of these trails lead to areas good for whale watching as well (also dependent upon time of year). Salmon run golf course is a local favorite with golf carts available. We also have the pirate festival, azalea festival and more. And, we can't forget the variety of different restaurants! These are just a few of the activities in the area.
