OUTSIDE SPACE:
Spend time on the spacious deck with 2 propane grills, dining table, and firepit. There is a garage door by the pool with a kayak and lifejackets. Basketball hoop that you can move around on the paved driveway. The backyard and pool area is fully fenced in. Pier with lights, fish sink, and boat lift. Bring your boat! Water depth is approximately 3.5' at high tide.
APARTMENT SPACE:
The apartment above the garage is not included in your main house reservation but may be available to rent for an additional fee. It includes 3 queen beds, a full bathroom, couch, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker—great for extra family or friends who’d like a bit of privacy. Please note: the stove is not operational. Note: This is salt water and jellyfish (sea nettles) may be present during summer (June–August). Their presence varies with tide and weather.
