Boasting modern updates and nautical charm, this home truly has it all! The spacious living room features plush leather seating, an electric fireplace, and large TV with sports package streaming capabilities. The adjacent kitchen, adorned with blue tile, new kitchen appliances, a wine cooler, and a propane gas professional stove makes cooking effortless. Dining is easy at the transforming table which can seat ten or at the breakfast bar which seats five.
