We’re excited to host you in our 4 bedroom 2 bath home located at the very end of a dead end road on a secluded point with a private sand beach and hard bottom swimming area. It is situated just steps away from Ottertail Lake on one side, and the Ottertail channel on the other. An expansive raised patio is sure to provide breathtaking views and entertainment space. A large flat lot offers space for sunbathing, yard games, or just enjoying the view. There is a fire pit that is overlooking the water. Pick up firewood. A custom made wood fired sauna completes this property for total relaxation.
The public boat access is just minutes away. This property doesn't have a dock on the lakeside, but pontoon rentals are available with Sea Legs that provide convenient and flexible parking options. There is a dock on the channel side you can tie a small boat to. Space for 2-3 vehicles.
Upon entering our home, you’ll be greeted by an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room with unobstructed views of Ottertail Lake. A fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig, plates, flatware, glassware, and utensils to accommodate up to 12 guests. You’ll walk through the kitchen, and to the right there are 5 stairs that lead to the first and second bedroom; one lakeside, and one facing the channel. To the left of the living room is the third full bedroom with a ground level window facing the lake. Inside this room is a stairway to the fourth bedroom with incredible views of the lake.
Upon arriving you’ll drive down a fairly narrow road that has parking space for up to 3 vehicles. There is room for one vehicle/boat/pontoon trailer, but we would suggest you inquire with us for more details/instructions. Pets are allowed with a pet fee and must be leashed in the yard and not disturb neighbors.
The home comes fully stocked with all the essentials and supplies needed to accommodate 10-12 guests including plates, glassware, silverware, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap. We have a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, and a grill. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Lake toys and watercraft are available for rent through Sota Lake Properties.
