Only 30 minutes from Glendale’s State Farm Stadium. Located in the Ahwatukee Foothills just South of the South Mountain Preserve in a quiet, safe neighborhood on the Foothills Golf Course. Enjoy shopping, hiking, biking, golfing, fine dining, spas, casinos, sporting events, spring training, and much more all within a short drive. Pool and spa are heated for only $100 per week additional charge.
South Mountain Park is only a few miles from our house and has nearly 17,000 acres with over 50 miles of trails to explore. It has great hiking, biking (there are 2 fat bikes in the garage), and horse trails with spectacular views of Phoenix.
