Newly built, home was carefully thought of in its design. Classy, romantic, beautiful, serene and a place to dream, this home has an amazing location and a family oriented neighborhood that many desire to visit. The location is historical yet modern. Offers beautiful nearby parks and evening walks around with family, friends or the one you love. It can also offer an escape to nurse your heart, rediscover yourself or a stay in between relocation.
Arty with a luxury feel from the incredible star projection you can watch in your bedroom at night, to access to premium cable TV almost like you are home. You really do not miss your favorite shows.
There is a kitchen to fit your cooking needs and to create bonding.
The bedroom is very romantic for those who want to rediscover love or embrace their togetherness.

The home has no stairs so it’s an easy entrance for those who don’t like to climb stairs.

Guest can access the single concrete driveway part next to the subdivision’s entrance that can take 1 car.
They can access the backyard. Backyard is shared with the tenants. There is a grill for the tenant in the other unit, do not use without permission and if to use, be sure to use it outside and not on the deck.
The private screened deck downstairs isn’t shared. It’s for guests only.
