“Island Dream” at 53 Ocean Point, is truly a rare find with unparalleled ocean and golf course views on the Isle of Palms! Featuring five bedrooms and five full baths, “Island Dream” is a vacation dream come true. Location is everything in real estate and 53 Ocean Point is situated in one of the most desirable locations on the island. The Ocean Point community is at the tip of the Isle of Palms, with 53 Ocean Point ideally located at the apex providing 180 degree views of the beach, ocean and golf course. It is truly difficult to describe the breathtaking views that can be enjoyed on either of the two wrap around decks at the house. Ample and high quality deck furniture will provide you a comfortable front row seat to observe Mother Nature at her very best and a few golfers at their best (or worst depending if they put their golf ball in the dunes)!
Recently purchased, 53 Ocean Point has undergone many improvements including six new televisions, most of which were wall mounted, several new beds (frames and mattresses), new living room pieces, new deck furniture, new paint, new area rugs, new bedding and several new appliances including washer, dryer and dishwasher. These improvements complement the beauty of the interior, especially the hard wood floors that are featured throughout the home. Upon entering the home, you will not only be impressed with the incredible view, but the open floor plan is wonderful with ocean views from almost anywhere in the kitchen, living room and dining room.
When it is time to retire for the evening, you will find each bedroom welcoming with the promise of an excellent night's sleep. Two of the five bedrooms have oceanfront views, with direct access to the upper deck. The master bedroom features a king bed and a queen bed in the second oceanfront master. Each guest bedroom features a queen bed making the house perfect for five couples traveling together or large families. It truly is the best of both worlds.
Finally, the Ocean Point Community is unique in that it is a gated community within the gates of Wild Dunes ensuring a private and quiet neighborhood. Without any public access within at least a quarter mile, the beach in front of Ocean Point is nearly exclusive to residents and guests of the community. In addition to the near private beach, Ocean Point features a fantastic swimming pool complex with a hot tub.
