This wonderful villa is isolated, secure, thoroughly professionally cleaned before your arrival. There are lots of things to do without needing to leave the perimeter of the property, including:

Upon arrival at this luxury villa you will be welcomed by our English speaking, local representative who will give you a comprehensive introduction to the Villa. You will be provided with a welcome pack of local produce to ensure your holiday starts in the best possible way and all bathrooms are also equipped with complementary L’Occitane products.
SETTING
Nestled in the picturesque hills around Grasse, the Villa benefits from 180 degree views of the Bay of Cannes, the Esterel hills and the beautiful Lac de Saint-Cassien. The Villa is located in the charming Provencal Village of Speracedes which has a wonderful cafe and restaurant, hotel, village shop and other amenities, which is only a ten minute walk away.
This fabulous villa is approx 400m2 excluding terraces and benefits from attractive grounds of 3000m2 in a totally private location. The view is absolutely breathtaking, photos cannot do it justice and there is also a very attractive woodland to the sides and back of the property.
The Villa is a stunning base for your dream holiday on the French Riviera. Just 40 minutes from Nice airport and less than 30 minutes from Cannes and the coast, the Villa is located in a perfect area for exploring Provence.
ACCOMODATION
The Villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximise the flow between the interior and exterior spaces. The fully retractable floor to ceiling glass doors mean that all living areas flow seamlessly onto the surrounding terrace with its sensational views. The outside dining, soft seating, pool and lounger area are all on the same level with the pool fully visible from the main internal living space, making this a fabulous villa for a stress free family holiday. This is a stunning modern villa with beautiful traditional Provençal features.
Outside there is a covered dining area to seat 12 people, a separate soft seating area, jacuzzi and gated heated infinity pool all of which enjoy stunning south facing views. There is also a shaded games area with table tennis, table football, air hockey and a separate petanque court. Together with many private spots to relax and enjoy the amazing outside space.
The pool house has its own kitchen and bathroom together with snooker table and can be used for separate accommodation for staff, children or further guests. There is ample parking, an internal garage and fully equipped laundry room.
At the centre of the Villa is the spacious living area including elegant seating around a Provencal fireplace, a spacious dining area also seating 12, through to a fully equipped modern kitchen with island. There is a state of the art Samsung Q80 65 inch smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc.
There are 5 stunning bedrooms in the main house, all beds benefit from luxurious mattresses and pillows and all linen is Egyptian cotton of the highest quality to ensure the most comfortable night’s sleep. The master suite with king size bed benefits from incredible views and includes a sitting area, with sofa bed, dressing room, bath and shower and separate wc. Three further king size bedrooms also have breathtaking views and benefit from dressing areas and bathrooms and there is a twin room also en-suite. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and TVs with DVDs.
The whole property has a very good Wi-Fi provision throughout, internally and externally. There is also an extensive DVD collection and games selection to suit both children and adults alike.
This property is very new to the rental market and has already received some fantastic reviews.
For the ultimate restful holiday external caterers, beauticians etc can be arranged by the Villa’s excellent local representative.
PLEASE NOTE - We are in a rural location and therefore we receive rural French electricity supply. Whilst we have worked with EDF (Électricité de France) to maximise the voltage supplied to the property (which is double the standard supply and therefore the maximum allowed), this may not be sufficient to run all appliances at the same time. If the jacuzzi, air-conditioning, pool heater, washing machine, dryers etc are overly used there is a risk of the main fuse tripping to prevent circuit overload. We therefore politely request that all guests turn off air conditioning when not occupying rooms, do not have the jacuzzi running all day and be thoughtful about which appliances are being used at on
The pool is heated from the 1st May until the 31st October.
The hot-tub is brand new for the 2021 season and is available all year round.
The property sleeps 10 people in 4 double and 1 twin bedroom with two double sofa beds available in the main bedroom suite and pool house. There is an additional charge of €95 per night per sofa bed used to cover additional linen and cleaning costs.
