Welcome to our beautiful, recently renovated with lots of love historic two-story artists' house.
It stands out not only in height and elegance, but also in its restoration which has remained true to its original features. The restoration and modernization was only recently completed. The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, with air conditioning and heating, a brand new bathroom with shower and a newly equipped kitchen with modern appliances, combined with handmade elements.
Downstairs there is a dining room and a wooden staircase leads to a beautifully landscaped sitting room. There are balconies on each side of this room. A small south-facing wooden balcony overlooking the pine-covered hills and a large terrace overlooking the sea and the Peloponnese. This terrace has a traditional style pergola and outdoor furniture with outdoor dining. Also a metal staircase from the back of the veranda leads to the courtyard which has jasmine and lemon trees. In this courtyard there is a utility room with a toilet and an outdoor shower.
This home is a surprising blend of charming original features combined with modern conveniences. It is literally in the center of the island and in (2-10 minutes) walking distance from everything (restaurants, cafes, 2 well-organized mini markets, bakery, bicycle rentals, beach, port).
