Beautiful stone farmhouse with swimming pool in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, on the hills surrounding the beautiful Etruscan city of Cortona, a few steps from all services, but at the same time in a quiet and elevated position from which you can enjoy an incomparable view over the valley and the city of Cortona. The farmhouse of about 600 square meters is divided into a main building, inhabited by the owners, who are available for any information and need and two independent apartments finely restored and furnished with care and quality materials. The two apartments are adjacent but not communicating from the inside, perfect for spending a holiday with friends and family. The studio apartment (70 m2) is located in front of the swimming pool. Furnished in a modern style with king size bed, sofa with hi-fi system next to it. The kitchenette separated by a wooden partition has all the necessary equipment for romantic dinners to be enjoyed by the pool or under the common gazebo. The bathroom with a comfortable separate shower area is preceded by a large anteroom with wardrobe and armchair. The apartment is on one level and can accommodate up to 3 people with a supplement to be paid locally. Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, complete with free WI FI and satellite TV. The entire property is fenced and is equipped with private parking and automatic gate to guarantee guests safety and privacy. The garden is large and well-kept and is full of flowers and plants, there is a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. During your stay you will have at your disposal the swimming pool (12x6 meters, maximum height 3 meters, minimum height 1.20 meters) complete with whirlpool and solarium area, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view over the city of Cortona.
