Summary: Deficiencies: 1. The entire building smells of mold and mildew. 2. Cook top gas not worked for 3 days, we had to eat out every meal instead of cooking, which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen. Sara spent almost an entire day having to deal with this and Bythebuilding was kind enough to pay for a single dinner to help compensate for this. This could have been avoided, but is now resolved. 3. Dirty kitchen, has not been cleaned this year. If it was then the cleaner didn't do their job. there was a pile of dirt behind the kitchen sink that I showed Sara and after agreeing that it was not cleaned properly she cleaned it herself, thanks Sara. 4. The property is not well maintained as shown by the peeling paint on kitchen walls. 5. The hot water runs slow in the bathroom sink and never gets hot. 6. There is only a tiny hook on the bathroom door to hang a wet bath towel, but if 2 people take showers then there is no other place to hang a towel, no towel racks or bars even though there is plenty of wall space. 7. There is no place to put soap or shampoo or gel in the shower you just have to throw it on the floor. 8. There is only one comfortable chair in the whole unit. The kitchen has hard stools and there is a folding chair in the living room that has no pad. There is no work place to use a laptop or even an available plug. 9. The kitchen faucet is uncontrolled and sprays everywhere. 10. The outside patio lights are not working, and there is no electricity.
