The air-conditioned houses are stylishly and comfortably furnished and have a furnished terrace and a heatable outdoor jacuzzi. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and WiFi are also available. There is also a communal garden with a barbecue available for guests. The picturesque village of Zia is the highest inhabited point on the island of Kos.
