On the first floor there is the sleeping area with four bedrooms (three double and one twin), three bathrooms and a walk-in closet. On the second floor there is a lounge with a large terrace overlooking the sea in front of the port and overlooking the canal between the island of San Pietro and Sardinia. Also on the second floor there is a kitchen with dining area and second terrace set up for breakfast / lunch and dinner.
The house is equipped with the most modern appliances including dishwasher oven, washing machine, coffee maker and television. In addition, linen for the beds and bathrooms is available to guests included in the price.

On the top floor there is a salon with a large terrace overlooking the old port and the channel between the island of San Pietro and Sardinia. On this floor there is also a big kitchen and dining as well as a second terrace with a table for breakfasts / lunch / dinner.
