It is accessed by a small ramp allowing PMR access to the large terrace of about 50 m². The apartment has a main living room/dining room/kitchenette with access to the toilet, shower room and bedroom. It is equipped for 4 people.
In the living room the furniture consists of a sofa bed for sleeping two people. A round table and 4 chairs, coffee table in the living room, TV on rolling rack. The kitchenette includes various high and low items containing kitchen utensils, crockery and other objects whose detail will be included in the inventory of entry into the premises, extractor hood, microwave oven, ceramic hob. This room benefits from a reversible air conditioning split.
The bathroom with shower and sink has a washing machine. WC is separate and contains the cumulus of hot water.
