It consists of:
1 bedroom with a king size double bed and wardrobe. The external door leads to the terrace. The curtain of this door is a unique piece of the last century, a valuable example of weaving of Anogia that still, to a small extent, survives.

1 large kitchen with full equipment, self-made from an antique furniture sink,

The ground floor and the courtyard were formerly the legendary tavern ''Prasini Folia'' that connected it's name with the cultural and economic development of Anogia in the 1970s and 1980s mainly culminating in the famous ''Musical Competitions of Anogia'' by Manos Hadjidakis.
