Welcome to Villa Marrakech, a beautiful and unique villa located in Sitges with amazing sea views, wonderful outdoor terraces and an interior that certainly honours its name: Marrakech!!! This villa is built into an exposed cliff wall which gives this villa its unique atmosphere. With private pool, built in BBQ, fully equipped gym and unique architectural features, Villa Marrakech is a wonderful place to stay on holiday.
The villa is located on this hills of Quint Mar overlooking Sitges and the sea and just a short 5 minute drive will take you to the beaches and port of Aiguadolc.
Villa Marrakech - layout....
The villa is distributed across 2 floors. It has 3 double bedrooms - two of which are ensuite and all overlooking the views down to Sitges. There is a study with an individual sofa bed and 2 twin beds in the gym area allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to 8/9 people.
As you enter and go up to the main floor you find the fully equipped Gym with shower room to the right. This is converted into a sleeping area with twin bed should more than 6 people choose to stay here.
The unique living / dinning / kitchen area is in an open plan space which is an architectural dream built into the back rock of the plot. There is quite a rustic feel although all modcons are available. On this floor is the spacious Master Ensuite with lots of storage space.
There are 3 rooms on the top floor. One Double Ensuite, One double bedroom and a study which has a sofa bed and easily transforms into a bedroom which shares a bathroom (shower) with the Double Bedroom on this floor.
There is a huge terrace to chill out on with sun hammocks with outdoor dinning área and a built-in BBQ. All of it with a beautiful moroccan deco that gives it a very exotic feeling. All the equipment in the villa is of high spec.
It also has a fully equipped gym is open for use by the guests and a lovely private pool is located to the back of the villa and overlooks the sea and the town.
Villa Marrakech is the perfect choice for those who would like to experience something a little different and unique!

Stairs leads to the pool area located higher up and to the back of the villa.
