Torre Spagnola is a totally unique villa, in a magical position overlooking the Maremma Sea. Originally an ancient watchtower, the villa has been completely restored and spectacular views can be enjoyed from its terraces and the underwater pool. A walkway leads to the seashore where there is a rocky beach shared with another family villa. This marvelous property is in such a romantic location that a James Bond movie has recently been played here.
Torre Spagnola can accommodate 8 or 12 people.
Entering on the right side there is a small dining room with fireplace, table and chairs where you can access two enchanting double bedrooms with bath and one of these rooms is equipped with a private bathroom. On the left of the entrance hall there is a fully equipped kitchen and another double bedroom with private bath.
From the courtyard of the corridor you access the first floor of the villa where there is a bright salon with beautiful views and air conditioning. At one end there is a seating area with sofas, armchairs, satellite television, DVD player and fireplace and, on the other, dining table and chairs, as well as a small kitchenette. This beautiful room opens onto a terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun beds, an absolutely spectacular place to relax or enjoy al fresco and enjoy the magnificent sea views stretching up to admire the Tuscan island of Giglio and Montecristo horizon.
In another wing of the villa reached by a short flight of stairs from the small dining room on the ground floor, it is the ancient watchtower where there is a bedroom feature master bedroom with fireplace and above the level reached by a wooden staircase lounge area and a bathroom with shower. From here you can access a small terrace on top of the tower.
Near the main villa is a lovely annex (board) fully air conditioned and has a lounge and two other double bedrooms each with their own private bathroom with shower.
There is plenty of room to relax in the villa, the panoramic terrace is a wonderful place and from there leads to another terrace area below where there is a pool (6m x 4m) surrounded by wooden wooden deck. It is a joy to dine outdoors and enjoy a barbecue whilst enjoying the beautiful sunset. The villa also has its catwalk leading to a rocky beach deck shared with another family villa and the shore of the sea, where there is a further solarium and from every corner there are beautiful views of the sea.

Swimming pool (mt 6x4), garden, car parking, satellite TV, free wi-fi, all windows have mosquito nets, air conditioning throughout the house except the tower room, ceiling fans in bedrooms, DVD player, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, two terraces around the tower one of which turned into a wonderful belvedere in the green garden with barbecue and the other with chairs and sun loungers. The villa has a path that allows you to reach the sea on foot.

The Guest House comprises 2 double bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms with shower, living room and air conditioning system all over the guest house;
• Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and lounges 5 days a week; The kitchen cleaning is escluded if the kitchen is used by the clients
• Courtesy Kit in each bathroom;
• Only in high season: mandatory check in day Saturday and mandatory check out day Saturday;
• In low season: free check in day and free check out day;
• Use of the 2 Kitchens located in the main house
• Unlimited Internet Wi-Fi in the main house, in the guest house, in the pool area and in the terrace located above the pool;
• Outside Private 6m x 4m swimming pool open from May 29th till October 31st;
• Direct access to a platform rock beach (80 meters from the house) shared with another family villa.

• Chef/waiter service for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner available on request;
• Additional bed linens and towels on request but if the cleaning ladies will find towels or bed linen on the floor they will change automatically and we will charge extra;
• Laundry or ironing services made by our staff on request;
• All the necessary laundry/ironing products for the lsundry/ironing made by the clients;
• Pets are allowed for 200 euro per week per pet
• Kitchen cleaning: if customers will use the kitchen themselves to cook their meals, they must provide mandatory themselves to cleaning the kitchen, cutlery and crockery used. If customers do not want to provide their own cleaning, we will do it for 30 euro per hour. If our clients will take our catering service the kitchen cleaning will be included in the meal price.
• Weddings/events/parties need separate agreements
Security Deposit :
• € 1500 security deposit payable at the arrival only in cash.
Check in time: Mandatory between 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. (Check in made after 7 p.m. we will charge an extra of 200 Euro) - Check out time: Mandatory max at 10 a.m

Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
