The space:
The three-story, beautiful townhome possesses a spacious, open concept with large windows throughout that provide stunning natural light, the townhome is located on a corner lot which allows for ample parking. This home is a blend of comfort and style with great convenience in a prime location. This house is ideally located for any event in Baltimore near with a 15–20-minute drive or metro ride (Owings Mill Station is 5 minutes away) to Camden Yard Baseball Park, Royal Farms Arena, Hippodrome, the Inner Harbor, Fells Point, BWI Airport University of Maryland Medical Center, and John Hopkins Hospital. Transit options are also available to Washington D.C. which is about 50 minutes south.
Living Area/Kitchen/Dining:
The living area on the second floor is an open-concept space, conveniently merging the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The space is illuminated throughout the day by beautiful natural light bouncing off of the glass surfaces. The living room includes a large and comfortable three-piece sofa set and other aesthetically pleasing amenities. Our beautiful, open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and is complete with stainless newly purchased appliances, a brand new 8-seat dining table a secondary breakfast nook with a table and seating for four, an electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, garbage disposal, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, and all needed cooking and dining ware. Enjoy and entertain groups with the bar area! It also includes access to the second-floor balcony and a half bath, access to the 1-car garage, washer/dryer, and an enormous pantry!
Bedrooms
This home has 2 comfortable bedrooms, all including plush mattresses! The first bedroom (third floor) is equipped with an ultra 4K smart TV with access to all streaming platforms.
Bedroom 2 (third floor) features a queen bed and large closet space with a full-size bathroom nearly steps away!
Basement
When you make your way to the basement of the home, you will discover a beautiful 55” Samsung TV equipped with all streaming platforms and Verizon FIOS cable. The basement also features a huge Lovesac beanbag chair, a three-piece sofa set, a full-size bathroom, a desk and office chair, and a rear exit/entrance.
