Yet conveniently located near Shipshewana at only 2.2 miles from downtown, this retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility.

If you want to get out and explore, it's less than 5 minutes away from the famous Blue Gate restaurant and the Shipshewana Flea Market; minutes away from shops, restaurants, the well-known Blue Gate Theatre. 1.6 miles from the Michiana Event Center (MEC). Take the provided bikes on the Pumpkinvine Trail which is only about 2.2 miles away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside (we provide 10 bikes, 6 adult bikes, 4 children's bikes for your added enjoyment). Krider "World's Fair" Garden is a beautiful place to relax, right beside the Pumpkinvine Trail entrance in Middlebury IN. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality. This property is designed to offer a relaxing stay, regardless of whether you are on vacation, traveling for business, or attending an event at the Michiana Event Center.

The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Someone may come and mow the lawn or keep up the family garden during your stay, but they will not bother you.
To be respectful of the neighbors , please be mindful of noise levels between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Any complaints from neighbors will incur a $50 fee enforceable by renting the property.
