House overlooks the Gorgeous Port Lincoln Bay with prime position that looks directly out into the Boston Island. The name says it all Amazing Views enjoy the stunning views and sunrises.
The space
Remote controlled Double under cover Garage available. Extra parking available in second drive way.
Parking 2 drive ways Available
Drive way one fits 2 in the double Garage
and approx 4 to 5 cars in drive way.
Second driveway can fit a caravan at the start of the driveway, boat or small work vehicle.
No Car trailers or large vehicles can fit up the second drive way, as it goes skinnier the further it goes. Large parking area at the front of the property council land.

Key Box -numbers provided a few days prior to arriving through Air BNB inbox message.
Home is 2 levels - Garage level includes private 3rd toilet. Up stairs level 2 (2 stair cases each approx 8 stairs) Living area is all one level with only one small step either side down into the open lounge, dining and kitchen area. Access is to the entire home, back yard and front yard also including Garage with remote controls for your convenience. Controls for the garage are located in the tray on the kitchen bench.
Other things to note
Self sufficient home, all linen supplied, bath towels, bedding, BBQ and gas facilities supplied, BBQ must be left clean or an additional charge of $60.00 will be charged. Please do not make any beds that have been used there will be a cleaner come through to clean the home and all linen. Please make sure all dishes are cleaned and put away and dishwasher is left empty.
Min stay 2 days (Must be approved if less days).
Min 3 day stay for long weekends.

3rd and 4th bedrooms Queen beds, electric blankets, ceiling fans and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Built in waldrobe.
2 Bathrooms and 3 Toilets.
Main bathroom including large corner spa to enjoy to relax or a romantic evening.
Separate second toilet and powder area.
Third toilet down stairs for privacy.
Large main open living area lounge, kitchen and dining, overseas the beautiful bay eat your breakfast while enjoying the Amazing Views.
2nd Large 75 inch flat screen TV in the open lounge area.
Wii Console supplied and games supplied.
Stereo supplied in the open lounge area.
Large back verandah if you want to relax to Enjoy the sunset.
Large front balcony, out door setting to sit and enjoy a cold one while enjoying the ocean views.
The house is double story so it does have 2 sets of stairs from the garage however the living area is all on one level apart from one small step inside the home.
Full laundry facilities included for your convenience washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, broom, dustpan and vacuum cleaner. Cleaning products supplied in laundry cupboard if required.
Dish washer Available, supplied finish powder. Aid used please make sure it is emptied.
Dish clothes, bin bags, dishwashing liquid, fly spray supplied.
Reverse Osmosis Purified water on tap for drinking and to use for kettle to stop build up of calcium.
Beach towels not included.
