Looking for a secluded 6 bedroom, Gulf Front New Construction home in the quaint village of Mexico Beach? This is the home and the location your family has been craving for! Our home features 3 amazing levels of living, each with large wraparound windows and exterior decks for your entire family to enjoy tremendous views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the best sunsets around! Plenty of room for the entire extended family, we comfortably sleep 18 beds, with parking for 6 cars. The first level features the main living area, dining and kitchen. 75-inch HDTV to enjoy. Plenty of dining seating space, and a quality, fully functional chef-inspired kitchen. Leading directly out from the living room is a large deck, that seamlessly flows out directly to your private gulf-front pool. Pool heat is available during cooler times of the year.
The second level features 3 spacious bedrooms, all with their private baths. The first bedroom is gulf-front with a King bed, private bath, and private gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom is the first true master suite, with a king bed, private bath, and private gulf-front balcony. The third bedroom is very spacious and features a king bed, as well as a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Also a private bath in this bedroom.
Also on the second level is the laundry room.
On the third level, first off, the views are outstanding! At an elevation of 50 feet above sea level! This level also features a gulf-front bedroom with a king bed, private bath, and gulf-front balcony. Then there is a second Gulf Front Master suite, with a king bed, private bath, and gulf front balcony. Also on this level is another large bedroom, with a king bed, queen over-queen bunks, and a private bath.
We are conveniently located on 40th St on the west side of Mexico Beach, and are directly on the beach. Amazing location, as it's quiet and secluded, sitting 2 blocks back from busy Highway 98 and its road traffic and noise. It's also a much safer location if you have any little ones, as you won't have to worry about highway traffic.
Our home also features a private elevator if you have some elderly or stair-challenged family members.
All 6 bedrooms also feature large HDTVs in addition to the Living room.
High-speed internet of course as well
Please note, that this home is currently nearing construction completion, with an anticipated finish date of Feb 15th, 2024.
Rental availability will be starting March 1st, 2024.
Our home is small pup friendly for an additional fee. Pups must be in a kennel when no one is home. Please also note, pups are not allowed on the beach in Mexico Beach
