HOUSE RULES:
* NOISE: Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours 10pm – 8am.
* NO SMOKING: There shall not be smoking inside the ADU or on the property (this includes e-cigarettes)! Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
* PARKING: Street parking only
* NO PETS: Absolutely no pets allowed. If a guest is found with a pet, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
* NO PARTIES: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
* NO DRUGS: If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
* FIRE SAFETY: For fire prevention and safety - NO BURNING CANDLES. Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers.
* GUESTS: Guests are only allowed a maximum of 2 visitors for the entire duration of the stay. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay the night.
* SCENTS: We ask that you refrain from wearing scents such as perfume or cologne during your stay as there are folks with chemical sensitivities that may be affected.
* OFF LIMITS: Guests are prohibited from entering the main home, garage, outdoor shed, pool, or hot tub. Under no circumstances will guests be allowed to enter these areas.
