This luxury 4 bedroom house was designed purely for the view of the beautiful Cayton Bay and Scarborough castle. With its panoramic views over the North Sea. You get lost in relaxation just enjoying your morning coffee sat on either the large master bedroom balcony or with a 2 minute walk down to the beach there really isn’t much better places around to enjoy your breakfast.
Castle sunset is suited to all who wish to enjoy her, wether it being a family holiday a romantic break or just a chance to escape the reality of life and just unwind.
Within our Garden we have a 6 Person hot tub which enjoys the same spectacular views of Scarborough castle, Cayton Bay and the North Sea.
You are welcomed to the property into a large entrance area with 2 twin bedrooms off to the right, off to the left you have the large open plan contemporary kitchen living room with full panoramic sliding doors which open up onto the the garden and bring that fresh sea air breeze into the property. Downstairs is completed by the modern family bathroom with large bathtub.
Up the winding staircase we have 2 large bedrooms each with kingsize beds and balconies with breathtaking sea views. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling Windows with the most amazing view of the bay and north sea. Looking for that perfect morning coffee spot? Then it has to be the master balcony with its view of sprawling cliff tops, sea views and castle ruins. There truly isn’t much better views to wake up to. The second bedroom has a just as spectacular view from the balcony but with the added benefit of en-suit bathroom.
Large enclosed garden surrounded by the most amazing cliff-top and sea views, completely private. Relax on the garden furniture whilst the kids play on the lawns. Soak up the sun and chill in the hot tub before cooking al fresco on the barbecue. The garden gets the sun all day long in the summer months. There is also free private off road parking in the driveway for 2 cars.
