After a full day of hiking, or exploring all that the Highland, New Paltz, and the Poughkeepsie areas have to offer, you can relax and soak in the luxurious hot tub with the automatic cover. You can listen to your favorite music playlist through the hot tub's Bluetooth speaker system.
On the second floor, you will have your choice of four bedrooms. You will have all the bathroom essentials: towels and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap.
Calming décor soothes you as you retreat to sleep in bedroom #1, the Master Bedroom Suite. This bedroom is on the second floor and offers a gorgeous ensuite bathroom.
You’ll also find bedrooms #2, #3, and #4 on the second floor.
There is a full additional bathroom on the second floor for guest use.
Kids and kids at heart will love bedroom #4, the bunkbed room with double full-on-full bunk beds. This room sleeps 4.

The primary guest on the booking must be 25 or older.
Parties/events are not allowed at this property.
The primary guest on the booking must register all guests on the reservation by adding the full names and ages of everyone who will be staying at the house at the time of booking.

Pool:
The above-ground saltwater pool will be open from the end of May (Memorial Weekend), June, July, and August, and up to September 15th. The pool will be closed for winter maintenance and cleaning from September 16th up until Memorial weekend.
The pool is 24 ft. by 44 ft. and is 54 inches deep.
Short Term Rental Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement for Hot Tub/Pool use and various amenities:
The property is provided in "as is" condition. The owner shall use his/her best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities on the property, such as internet access, cable TV access, hot tub, pool, and fireplace as applicable.
The owner shall not be held responsible for such items' failure to work but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.
Guests acknowledge that the use of amenities such as hot tub, pool, fireplace, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children. Such risk is at the guests' own risk. I hereby for myself, personal representative, executors, administrators, assigns, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, (hereinafter collectively, Releasor, "I" or "me", which terms shall also include Releasor's parents or guardians if the Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the activity of using the hot tub/pool. I hereby release and forever discharge, Nakoley Renville and Lawrence Renville their agents, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, co-hosts, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a result, direct or indirect of my participation in the activity of using the hot tub/pool. I hereby acknowledge that upon entering the hot tub area, I will inspect the area. My presence in the hot tub/pool is an acknowledgment that I have inspected these areas and accepted such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of using the hot tub/pool. I agree that if I feel or think anything to be unsafe, I and all my guests, and family members will immediately notify Nakoley Renville or co-host Jessica Frichette
I am aware of the associated risks, which may include, but are not limited to drowning, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, skin, ear, bladder, lung, or other infections, economic or emotional loss, paralysis, or death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others' negligence or the conditions of the hot tub/pool location. Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known and unknown to me.
I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees/owners/hosts against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs. I further acknowledge that Releasees/owners/hosts are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity involved in this activity of using the hot tub/pool, on behalf of the Releasees/owners/host.
In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I will obtain the medical care deemed necessary, including, but not limited to first aid, emergency transport, and sharing medical information with emergency personnel. I further agree to assume all costs involved and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware that I should carry my own health insurance. I hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read this "waiver and release" and fully understand that it is a release of liability.
I expressly agree to release and discharge the Releasees/owner/hosts from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring legal action against the Releasees/owners/hosts for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that the statute or case laws do not prohibit Releasees/owners/hosts for ordinary negligence on the part of the Releasee/owners/host.
I agree that this release shall be governed for all purposes by New York State law, without regard to any conflict of law principles. This release supersedes any and all previous oral or written promises or other agreements.
This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my stay and participation in the activity of using the hot tub/pool.
In the event that any damage to the hot tub, Covana Oasis cover, swimming pool, and related equipment or facilities occurs as a result of my family's, and guests' recklessness, I agree to be held liable for all costs associated with any such actions of neglect or recklessness.
In the event that any provision contained within this release is deemed to be severable or invalid, or if any term, condition, phrase, or portion of this agreement is deemed to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Hot tub Rules:
1. You must shower prior to getting into the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, skin care products, or make-up. This will make the water murky. 1a. Please do not sit on the edge/rim of the hot tub.
2. Pregnant women and children under the age of 14 are not allowed
3. If you are taking medications and are being treated for diabetes, low or high blood pressure, stroke, or other medical conditions, consult with your physician
4. Limit your soak in the hot tub to no more than 15 minutes at a time.
5. Get out of the hot tub if you feel dizzy
6. Stay hydrated with water, prior to getting into the hot tub
7. Please alert us immediately if the water is murky
8. Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during hot tub use is prohibited
9. No shoes, street clothing, pets, or glass containers are allowed
10. Do not eat, drink, or use soap/shampoo
11. Do not urinate or spit
12. Do not use if you are menstruating
14. Do not use if you have open sores, cuts, or diarrhea
16. Please close the cover when you are finished using the hot tub
18. Minor children under the age of 18, must be supervised by an adult, at least 21 years old or older at all times while using the hot tub and/or pool
19. Keep your head/ hair above the water while using the hot tub. Suction vents could tangle your hair and pull you down into the water
20. You should have another person with you in the hot tub/pool for safety reasons
By booking your stay at "7 Glenrock Circle, Highland NY," you understand and are agreeing to all rules, accepting all waivers of liability and agreements regarding hot tub/pool use, amenity use, and the Pet Agreement if you are bringing a dog to the property. There are 24/7 cameras only on the outside of the home and one inside the garage. The cameras are located on the front, back, and both sides of the house.
