Located within the gated residential precinct of Moonah Links Golf Course, this luxurious home is situated looking north over the third hole of the - Legends Course. It boasts several large yet intimate living zones, an outdoor solar heated pool, also a sauna - making it the perfect escape all year round! Ideal for a couple of families, golf trips, or ladies getaways! Upon arrival, heading up the pathway to the front door to this magnificent property, you are greeted with a stunning cascading water feature. Step inside and you are greeted with a grand staircase featuring a large aquarium at the top. Absolutely sensational!
Living Zones - Upstairs
Zone 1 - Modern, spacious, open plan kitchen and dining. Stunning modern kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. Expansive bench with 4 bar stools. Dining table for 8/10 guests, smart television, Sonos Sound System complemented with stylish furnishing, sideboard, and indoor plants opening up onto an expansive northern deck overlooking the golf course.
Zone 2 - Adjoining you will find a combined lounge/sitting room which is separated by a magnificent floor-to-ceiling gas log see-through/two-way fireplace, artistically designed that provides a unique view on each side. The lounge room is beautifully furnished, massive modular lounge, throw rugs, cushions, with funky leather chairs, giving this room a sense of sophistication yet casual ambiance at the same time. Styled to take advantage of the beautiful outlook with a small table and chairs near the window, to allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. This room is truly spectacular, with contemporary yet modern furnishings, amazing artwork, and some chic artefacts creating the ultimate space to totally unwind.
Zone 3 - The Sitting Room is majestic yet cosy. Furnished with 2 x leather couches, telescope, a scale replica of the "America" showcased on a sideboard, and other memorabilia. Perfect place to relax and savour the spectacular view or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire. All living zones open onto the expansive back deck making this property an entertainer's paradise. Complete with 4 burner BBQ, outdoor dining table setting, and million-dollar views over the golf course and Cape Schank. '

Entertainment/Cinema Room - Wow! Absolutely perfect for kids and family movies, featuring high definition projector, Sonos Sound System, DVD, and Apple TV (Netflix) . Sit back on the huge U-shape 12 seater comfy lounge adorned with cushions and throw rugs and enjoy your favourite movie on the massive screen that commands the entire wall. All you need now is the popcorn and ice cream for that total movie experience.
Other features include an Air Hockey table, plenty of games for the kids, and the kids at heart to enjoy. Off to the right of the entertainment room, you will enter the pool/wet area. This spectacular outdoor 10-metre solar heated lap pool, Sauna, and shower is resort-style living at its finest. In-house massages can also be arranged on request. Guests are also permitted to use the communal tennis court and BBQ facilities located 200 metres away.
