On your doorstep, you have one of the finest Castle gardens in Scotland, only a 7-minute drive away, which boasts a unique collection of ancient English yews thought to be at least 500 years old. There you will find the remains of a castle dating back to the 15th century.
If you are travelling with little ones, Gordon Park is a perfect place for a family day out, complete with children’s playgrounds. Golf lovers can visit McDonald Golf Club.
This area of Aberdeenshire has tremendous attractions – golf courses, RSB and other reserves, fantastic beaches, historic houses and castles, whiskey trail.
