The Space:
This listing accommodates up to 13 guests!
There are 3 40 ft containers, separated into 5 units, #101, #102 and #103 in Phase 1. Units #205 and #206 are in Phase 2 right next door in the 3rd container.
Unit #101 sleeps 4 guests comfortably (Up to 5 with air mattress), as you have the entire 40 ft container. You have your own private living space with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living and kitchenette area. The main bedroom contains a queen size bed, electric fireplace and a 43” Roku TV. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses. The living area has a small couch, electric fireplace and a 43" Roku TV. The kitchenette has a sink, coffee maker, Keurig coffee pods, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, electric double countertop burner, utensils, grilling tools, small pots and pans, beer and wine opener, can opener and paper goods.
Units #102 and #103 each sleep 2 guests comfortably, as they are separated into two units in a 40 ft container. While each unit is completely private, you do share one half of the container with other guests in your party. You are separated by a specially insulated wall, so you have plenty of privacy.
#102 has your own living space with a bedroom, bathroom, living and kitchenette area. The bedroom in contains a full size bed and a 32” Roku TV. The living area has a loveseat sofa, electric fireplace and a 32“ Roku TV. The kitchenette has a sink, coffee maker, Keurig coffee pods, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, electric double countertop burner, utensils, grilling tools, small pots and pans, beer and wine opener, can opener and paper goods.
#103 also gives you your own living space with a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette area, just a slightly different layout from #102. The bedroom contains a full size bed, electric fireplace and a 32” Roku TV. The kitchenette has a 32" Roku TV, sink, coffee maker, Keurig coffee pods, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, electric double countertop burner, utensils, grilling tools, small pots and pans, beer and wine opener, can opener and paper goods.
These 2 containers feature beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and a deck that serves as a common area where you have plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
Units #205 and #206 have the same layout and each sleep 2 guests comfortably, as they are separated into two units in a 40 ft container. While your unit is completely private, you do share one half of the container with other guests in your party. You are separated by a specially insulated wall, so you have plenty of privacy. Both units have their own living space with a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette area. The bedroom contains a full size bed, electric fireplace and a 52” Roku TV. The kitchenettes have a sink, coffee maker, Keurig coffee pods, microwave, mini refrigerator, electric double countertop burner, utensils, grilling tools, small pots and pans, beer and wine opener, can opener and paper goods. Both units share a beautiful upper deck with a view of the lake. Additionally, Unit #206 does have its own private patio with an outdoor stock tank bath tub!
Lastly, you will also have access to our cozy fire pit area and barbecue where you can sit back and relax after your long days on the lake. The property is complete with a custom outdoor stock tank water hole that you can step into to cool yourself off!
Guest Access:
Each unit is completely private, Units #102 and #103 do share one half of the container. Units #205 and #206 is also a container that is split into 2 units. Each unit has it's own private entrance to the space. Unit #101 features a lockbox with your own personal QR code. This is where you will obtain keys to the rest of the units. There is plenty of free parking at the front of and next to the containers with a gravel driveway.

House Rules:
I hope you enjoy the ambiance. I’m sure you’ll do your best to preserve it.
• There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE the container home. However, we have a great deck area and fire pit where smoking is allowed.
• While your furry friends are more than welcome, be sure to clean up after them. Also please be mindful of the people around you and always keep your dog on a leash while outside. We have 2 separate dog cable runners (as well as a leash anchor) for guests to use, so your dogs have freedom to move around on their leash! However, pets are not allowed in the water feature.
• The containers are located in a neighborhood. Please be conscientious and respectful of that and please do not to be too loud, especially after 11 PM.
