As you enter through the front door, you will see the first of two living spaces. Located on the ground level, this space contains an abundance of seating space to sit back, relax and let the thought of being on holiday relinquish any responsibilities or worries you may have. The smart TV and comfort of this room makes it the perfect place to settle into for a movie night. The ducted air-conditioning reaches every corner and crevice of the home to ensure each space is kept at an optimal temperature for the duration of your stay.
The first level of the home features 3 of the 4 beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom can be found on the second level and is considered bedroom one. The ensuite pertaining to the master bedroom is classified as bathroom one. The configuration of the three downstairs bedrooms are as follows.
Bedroom two: Furnished with amazing artwork, this bedroom boasts beautiful views of the sparkling plunge pool outside. Equipped with a plush queen bed, this room is extremely comfortable and features a wardrobe and storage space along with a private ensuite.
Ensuite (bathroom two): Vanity, toilet, shower and sink. This ensuite is exquisite with custom tiling and heated flooring and towel rails.
Bedroom three: This beautiful bedroom features a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and storage space.

The living space extends out on both sides of the home. One side captures coastal views while the other side is equipped with a Weber barbecue and spiral-staircase access to the rooftop viewing platform. This rooftop boasts beautiful views of Alexandra Headland and beyond.
There is also an office on the second floor that provides ample space for two people to work or study. Just next to the office is a separate powder room.
Following on from the office is the master bedroom and ensuite (bathroom one).

The outdoors of the home is private, exquisite and offers many different alfresco seating options. The sparkling plunge pool is freshwater and heated. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the salt after a day spent by the beach. The backyard also features an eco-burner smart fireplace and seating to relax by the warmth of the fire.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home with space to park two cars in the secure, private double garage.

The home is located 600 meters from the beautiful patrolled Alexandra Headland beach.
Within walking distance of the home you can find cafes, restaurants, a surf club, skatepark and convenience store. There is also a private hospital, shopping centre, library and cinema all close by. The apartment is approximately 100m away from the Alexandra Parade bus stops where services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
